The west facade of the Illinois State Library Building, located across from the State Capitol Building on S. Second St. between Capitol Ave. and Monroe St. The library’s exterior features Indiana limestone set over a base of granite highlighted by a frieze etched with the names of 35 of Illinois’ most distinguished authors.

The Library opened in 1990, and in 2003 was renamed in honor of Gwendolyn Brooks (whose name appears on the frieze), a Pulitzer Prize-winning African-American poet who lived from 1917-2000.

Link Building best answer:

Answer by Nexuslab
There are three types of link building:

One-way – It is used for establishing only incoming links without displaying the other end’s links on yours, this process is termed as one-way or Non-Reciprocal link building. It is done through blogs, web directory submission, articles and press releases. In one word, social media is a great medium for it and drawing traffic to the site.

Two-way – It is used for submitting your link to other websites and accepting their links on yours in return. This method abides by the “Give and Take” policy. Nonetheless, one should be cautious while exchanging links with others having the same or higher page rank. It is also known as reciprocal link exchange. Link exchange plays significant roles for any SEO strategy.

Three-way – This method is operated by involving a third website as a medium for exchanging links between the two websites.

Organic – in which you write good content and let people link to it

Spam – in which you post your link everywhere you can and get dropped from search engines.
